I'm Paris — a qualified personal trainer and online coach based in Newhaven, East Sussex. I work with complete beginners, people coming back after a long break, and people who've tried everything and just want something that actually works.

What makes me different is my background in psychology. I have a BSc in Psychology and I've spent years understanding not just what people need to do — but why it's so hard to do it consistently. That's the gap most coaching misses. It's where I focus.
